Again charged twice

Please i would like all the admins to help me out.

This is the second time i have been charged extra.

I waited every single time for the confirmation that message is received by BOKU.

but this time again it got stuck at 7. i waited almost 10min, but then i had to send one more time to complete the process.

Please admins i need a reply here and a help from your technical support

I have messaged NORDEUS and BOKU i have not received a reply yet.

I have attached the screenshots. so please do see.

Facebook credits says 4. which is equivalent to AEd 3.33 which is not equal to money i lost AED 30( aed 10 this time aed 20 previous)


Please i Hope admins take some action.....
