There are no good players in the auctions for yet another season

There are ONLY crappy players in the auctions for 3 consecutive seasons. How can I be competitive, when there are no good players that I can buy?!
For example: my brother was level 8 last season and the players in his auction costed from around 22 to around 28 million. I'm level 8 now and there weren't ANY players above 15 million...

And don't give me that crap about how it's the beginning of the season and how better players will appear, because this **** has been going on for 3 seasons now...
