Loading problem

I cannot pass the initializing stage for 2 days. :( What can I do in that case??? I would be grateful if anyone can give any suggetion.

Did you try all the usual thing? Clearing cookies & cache in browser, as well as the saved data in Flash? Tried a different browser? Logging in Facebook or main site or vice versa?
What are you playing on? Computer or portable?
