Why are my friends on different servers and can't I see their games?

I am playing this game with 4 friend and everybody seems to be on a different server.

Why can't I see their games?

I am playing against other teams and there are 4 spectators.

Is there a possibility to come on to the same server or do I have to restart the game?

If the last is so, will there come an update to see their matches?

If i won't the this game is truly ****!!:mad:

It seems the only way to make sure you are on the same server is if you accept invitation to play from them.
