My scouts dosnt refreshed after all.. or at least only 2 or 3 names are changed but exactly the same players with the same prizes and abilitys.. that happens last 2 seasons so i just want to ask WHAT THE **** IS HAPPEN?
Is that something normal ? Because before all scout players in the list was refreshed by new ones not crap as those
