Same here in Italy.
For example my next matches are: 23:31, 21:42, 20:23 etc...
Same in Serbia... :D
same in Germany
Same in England, Its the same everywhere and I don't understand why

This happened in a recent update, I realised this while arranging friendlies at the end of last season. It gives more flexibility to match times, and will put less strain on the T11 servers.
This is not a bug, like Potemy said is a new update also there is a topic about time already.Quote:

I prefer rounding it up... 20:05 or 20:10 or 20:15 or 20:20 or 20:25
Before the change, it was xx:00, xx:15, xx:30, xx:45
Agreed, at least round it off to 5 minutes.
