yeah, contact the support.... but listen to me, if you wanna waste "well" your money, pay with ukash, or paypal.... the price for every token is lower that if you pay with mobile phone.... if I remember well... 0,25 cents. x token by mobile, 0,10 cents. x ukash... ;) and it works very well..
