I finished second in the league with 11 last season. I was promoting my team went level 12 but I'm still level 11 league level with 11 and 12 players. I can not buy players above level 79 like last season recruiter. My team did not lose a star. I play since December 13, 2012, there are not a bug, or not enough player on the server.
