Memer, it's an issue with the clock on your machine, so make sure that it is set to the actual correct time. The server and your machine have to "agree" what time it is, or this will happen. (If you have done this and it works for awhile then starts doing it again you might need a new BIOS battery.)
Usually if it ends with green 00:00:00 you will get the player after a delay.
