Auction Time stops at 00:00:00
So, what do I do about this? No next round, no news who won the auction.

Auction bug
I was the only one to bid on a player, I made a bid, and i was waiting till the end of auction. Than, on 00:00 it was written "WAIT". After 5 minutes of waiting, i refreshed my web page, and i neither had token or a player. WHen i go to auction, there is no player there, neither i got a message about the player being sold. I synchronised the internet time like tech support told me so, but still nothing. I really need the player i won, could you help me ?

how much time has passed? If it is more than a couple hours update your request for support.

Btw, what does "update your request for support" means? Like to bump the thread ?

When you are signed into Nordeus Support you should be able to update the request you originally put in with them.

Okay, nothing happens, noone from nordeus support responds, my game in 23 minutes, i dont have my player, im screwed.
