Hi I have reached level 4 manager ( dreamer ) but I am unable to make offers for players from freidns teams on my friend list the make offer button is visible but faded and does not allow me to click it to open negotiations my other friends do not have same problem as I have received offers for one of my own players from friends can u please help and explain to me what is wrong ?

Uhm, there could be a couple reasons
If they are on a different server you wont be able to buy their players, and vice versa. This are the same friends that you will not be able to see fixtures.
If they are a different level from you... you will only be able to buy players that are 3* to 5* on your level.
okie thank you I will check these things out im sure they r same server I see all friends fixtures not sure if players were 5* or maybe were 6* and ive not noticed :)
