Hello i have problem i have formation 5/3/2 and my team in stars and player quality are better than others with tactics too all are ok but in games all time i have 20% positioning and im loosing games to lot more weaker teams!

You are using a ilegal formation, read the Wiki about that for you to understand what you are doing wrong.
You need a GK
3 defenders the green places
1 player on both flanks
1 striker
4 players on the oponent half
1 1 MC or DMC
