Nordeus's Players during transfer

Hi everybody!

I'm a player of topeleven community, and my level is 7, I have a question about the transfer market following:
I 've played 6 seasons, and I know the time some of the Nordeus's players has quality is 5* to appear on the market, in my Server is about 9h30 a.m to 10h30 a.m (my time zone is GMT +7). But, this does not happen from the beginning of the season to present, so I did not buy players has quality is 5* in the time who Nordeus's players appearance
I want to know reasons? What happens to my account? If haven't 5* player, I will not be able to compete in my league
Who can help me?
