Clear your browser data, All of it, cookies, caches, everything. Then go to Flash settings, and clear all data there. You might even want to reinstall Flash. Make absolutely sure there isnt anything else taking up your memory when you load the game, dont have other things running. Also make sure is your internet connection fast enough? This can be a problem, I had to upgrade my laptop wireless connection to play.
