hi, not sure if fellow players are faced with this problem. I have played a few matches at home and for all the matches so far, there are 0 fans watching the games?! the ticket price is set at $3 by default and still no fans?!
Is this a bug??? can the admins pls look into it? I am using an Andriod device btw.
I wonder if thats just a visual bug on the andriod, at $3 a ticket, you certainly should be selling all your tickets for home games.
What level do you are? Also you can make a test, set ticket price to 1$ if you still have this problem, write a mail to the support team at support@nordeus.eu :) thank you.
Look at your financial report, are you getting any ticket income? A common mistake is that people look at support from other managers instead of from the crowd.

I boxed the two in red. The first one is support from other managers, the lower one is your fans.
it said no one was present!!! how can that be? i will try to to set at $1 ticket price and see how. if still no crowd definitely a bug!

I get no crowd for friendlies, I think that is normal though? I never worried about it. If it is regular games, contact support
For friendlies you have to set the price to 1$ to get a full stadium. With 2$ you get like 60%.Quote:

As I said, I dont really worry about it :)
If it was league I would have been onto support a long long time ago
