You have to intall Top eleven app and log in using your facebook account.
Your T11 account is associated with either your phone or your Facebook ID. If you have a tablet *that has Flash* you can use your browser to play the game, but you will need it to be tied to a Facebook account for that to work. Sorry if you hate Facebook, that is how the game is set up, since primarily that is where most people launch it from.
