Facebook auto log-in

Hello.
I have a team on Top Eleven on my cellphone. I had another team on my Facebook profile. I never clicked to log-in with Facebook on the cellphone but I accidentally did today. Now, it loads my Facebook team and not the other one I used to play with until today. How can I get my old team back?

If it's an Android you can try going into settings/applications/topeleven and delete the Cache AND the Data, and when you next start it should ask you to re-enter your login. This works on my older Android phone, I am not sure about newer or IPhones.
