Cant send a support on nordeus support

Hey,

I just wanted to report a bug via nordeus support.
On the section "Sumbit a request".

So I just wrote down what the problem is etc etc... Then i filled up the rest etc etc...
Now to the Problem:

I just can't send the request... My "send" button is grey and i've checked if I rly entered everything I needed. Used another browser aswell. I'm just clicking on "send" but nothing is happening, any ideas?

Solved the problem by myself. Had an wierd addon installed 2hours ago. It just didnt let adobe flash player make his job.
Anyways, thanks.

The form is ridiculous - It asks for browser, flash versions even if your using the app. I notice the gray button doesn't light up anyway, you can click it when its unlit.
