Loss of Possession

Now, generally, my team are good when it comes to the cup, CL, league and friendlies.
But why am I ALWAYS getting 20% possession constantly?
I have played the game EVERYDAY since about 3 months ago, and my morale is quite high.
Player condition is kept maximum, for best results.
I've even played a game against my friend, but whilst I should have 50-55% possession, I get 20%!!!
I reckon this is another big bug that stops me playing Top Eleven, because my team are GOOD...
And even though most are 1 star, I know they perform very well during certain matches...
So don't whine about my team being rubbish, because this, I believe, is a glitch.

No, you are playing ilegal formation, read the guides.

Always 3 defenders, one DMC or MC, always GK, always at least one ST, one player in each flank but not more then 2, at lea 4 players in the oponent half.
If you do not respect one of this rules you are penalize its 20% possession.

For someone on level 3 should already know this, it is the basic in this game.

To be honest, I think this is the case.
I have 5 defenders, so I will take some out, but will only mark this solved if I have 40% possession or more.

I never knew this would affect possession... I've never seen it in help, which is why.

Illegal formations WAS the cause of all this...
