Connect existing team in a Android phone to the facebook

I have started a team in my phone without connected to the facebook but now I want to connect it to the facebook. Is it possible? How to do it?

Open the app on android and log out, If you are not log in use the option conect using facebook.
The browser will open, just put your username and password and the app will open asking If you whant to conect the account with that Team, say Yes and it is made.
Very simple.
