I have buy 2 shoes on sarenza I go from topeleven to the site and buy the shoes

I must earn 57 tokens when i buy something but i never had it is 15-20 days ago
I have repport the issue by Nordeus Support
But they never answer.
I want my 57 tokens.

If you are earning tokens from an offer, you need to contact whomever the offer was from, they need to credit the tokens. I had this happen with an offer, I put in an email with screen shots of offer and paid invoice at their contact link and received the credit of tokens, *after* I had gotten the products delivered, maybe a day or two after.
