pls help me how to get back my team :(

hello mi name is nikola im from macedonia and i have problem my old account was hacked and i cant bring it back. i really dont care about that. my problem is whats going to happen with my team i was 13 lvl in 13th season name of club is Kamnik utd . So if there any chances to have that club please tell me if its possible ill open new account or idk how, i can prove that kamnik is my club. after this i hope that admin will contact me and bring my awesome team to me and keep playing .........
