    Usually the only way to lose tokens is if you revoked on an offer and they took them back. If this is not the case, contact support: Nordeus Support

    I have bought something from kobo e-reader with the offer from token ads and they dont send me the tokens.I contact with nordeus support and token ads support i sen the receipt via e-mail and they do nothing.THIS IS A FRAUD and nordeus do nothing about it.Be carefull do not buy anything from the offers!!!!!!!!!
