the maintenance is conducted around 10:30 - 11:30 GMT+8
Starts at 2am GMT on my server, I guess they are all the same.
Mar Wie is right, though, I had maintenance a few hours after the usual time today, but it was also done during the normal time as all the daily updates went through.
