i can't do more action in auction

in auction third round,i have 1 tokens and 700 k ,but i can't do more action ..
the green token mark just turn into grey and tell me i am not qualified for more action....
i just see my favorite player gone....
why???
most important is
2 times in a week
i lost my 5 tokens !!!!!

can admin tell my why?
or this is a rule "when you just have 1 token, you're not qualified for next round"

pls i'm taiwanness and my eng is not so good
terms as easy as u can

You probably just missed the time. Thats the problem of bid in last second.
Sometimes the clock have a delay, especialy with slow internet conections.
