Cant log in in mobile phone android!! Need help plz!!

Hello, i need quick help

Since yesterday i cant login Top Eleven in my android, i play for about 1 year and is the first time that happened to me. When i try to login, appears the follow message:

"there was an error connecting to the server. Do you want to try again?"

i try a lot and appear the same message all the time

i didnt change any defenition and i dont really know what to do!!

Please help me in here guys, i´ll aprecciate a lot

The first thing I would try is going into your settings/applications and delete the cache, if that doesn't work, delete the data (you may have to re-enter info), if that doesn't work, un-install and re-install app. If *that* doesn't work put in a request for support: Nordeus Support

Well, those are the things that have worked for me. Hmm. Are you on wi-fi, 3 or 4g? The connection speed is important, if too slow it won't connect.
You *completely* deleted it and re-installed it, there should be no problem with the app. It maybe possibly could be the problem people were having with Facebook not linking right, you could try having FB open and launch the game. Other than that I have no other suggestions, maybe someone else will chime in on here.

But if I were you I would go ahead and put in a request for support, they may be able to tell what is happening. link: Nordeus Support
