Loading friends

Help!my friends disapear...just loading friends...what is the cause?thank you.

This is happening on some servers. It happened on mine yesterday, but they came back (and I nonanonymous) after start of day today.

If the problem persists put in a request for Nordeus Support

my friends list was fine this morning and now not getting them just say`s the same friends list loading

mines been like this for the past few days, then itll pop back again only to hide in the shadows. thats why im not sending gifts at my usual time for now
will probably wait a few days before sending a ticket

help my no loading my friends :(
