It's fair, i have nothing against it.
I bought 28 of them myself ( i know J4'th is laughing his ass off ).
Did not need more at this level(4). Could use some now, but, like with Starcraft 2, won't invest until they fix a "broken" game that i like.
If you want to be "the best", buy, but keep in mind, troll results are more frequent when you buy.

If you want to be the strongest and beat other teams up easily, then buying token is a way. In some countries, they get 1 video in 1 season, for packs, not tokens.
And surveys, don't match the area, so no tokens from them

So the 35T league, is very literal.
