where are video`s

Hi Guys,

I am in the UK and for the past 2 days have not been able to watch videos to earn free health packs, Moral packs etc.. you know the ones at the bottom of the screen when you log on the computer. Anybody else have the same?
BTW I have cleared cache, and can only use Chrome as Firefox and IE refuse to load the game.

Same, I don't get them anymore too. They're probably working on something.

been 8/9 days and no video`s for packs since you done this daily Xmas gift till 2nd jan i was getting less vids and no nothing i have written in gen chat asking but no reply so wrote here hoping for reply, if i have to use tokens to get packs i hope you compensate me in being forced to use tokens, come on please don`t keep us in dark like last time as this is disrespectful to your costomers

Ive same problem, stopping video adverts is no good to anyone, adverts cost money, adverts sell goods, i watched about 20 a day now none and it gave me a good insight into alot of high tech stuff like cars etc

I also dont get them anymore , i loved the car adverts , some great cars.

I`m not the only one that is having problems so please Nordeus let us know why or what is happening as it`s now getting frustrating
