red card but 11 players in game?

I played friendly game against my friend ( I have pw to his fb account),

Team Senal CF: in 47' save substitution ON-Scardovelli OFF-Bihmoutine, but in 49' was red card for Bihmoutine... and after 52' (after all other substitutions) status of Bihmoutine was OFF (he had red card - probably), but status of Scardovelli was ON - why (not was substitution ) ? and I could not do substitution for other player
