Today I had a problem with the game. I couldn't loaded through Firefox or Chrome.
I cleaned up my cache as it mentioned at first page and it worked perfect. It happened for 1st time through 4 months so I got worried.

It's the first thing to try when the game fails, and often that's all that's needed. :)
I just got a message it's a new season day and now when I load it's just hanging on the loading screen. I tried cleaning my cache and trying 3 browsers but the same problem. Anybody else?

The maintenance before Season start is considerably longer than a regular day. Try again in a half hour.
This season start server maintenance is the longest I have ever seen. For my time zone, the first cup match usually start 1.5 hours before.
I can login the game, but it is still on season end day.
So this is the first time I can see the final standing of the league. Usually the last league game start after I sleep. When I wake up, the season ended and I cannot check the real final standing.
Recent clock change for daylight saving maybe? I didn't see when it shut down, though so I don't know how long it's been doing maintenance.
does anybody knows why the maintenance hasn't finished yet?
First time after 2 years and still no new season
Way past my bed time in UK but I don't want to miss out on the early players. Come on Nordeus, wake up pls, ppl have a life too.

I guess that there are some problems or major changes. The season start maintenance takes just about 1 hour longer according to my experience, but I noticed my first server maintenance like message about 2.5 hours ago. For chock for daylight saving, I believe it only maintenance start time for a hour but should have no effect to maintenance period.

No on knows since it is way longer than normal. I wonder if there are any updates to it? I haven't got on yet.
I have to go to bed. Normally I'd have 3-4 hours to make some transfers but now it's time to sleep. I will miss out on loads of transfers for the new season which is sad but I guess they're working hard behind the scenes to get it all going. Night everyone!!
My teams are in new season day now. Luckily I did not miss any cup game. From friend's fixtures, the first cup game I noticed was held about 2 hours ago. Hope this friend have completed preparation he planned.

It still says Daily maintenance in progress for me while my friends can login and play the game. I have done everything possible, tried to load it in facebook, android and topeleven.com.. none of it loads and gives same error. Please help me Attachment 32871

I can not login via Facebook, the Game is loading and loading and loading..... This Sucks, also tried clearing Cache Browser and Flash Data, nothing works
Edit: After i wrote this, it worked^^
Still seems broken for me. Not sure if I have the same issue playing on iOS app. Says connection to Facebook expired please login again. Same issue or something different I need to fix?
Update: Was able to login to my team using Chrome from PC, so this just appears to be an issue with the iOS app. Have not tried browser from iPad yet, but will. Only item of note from yesterday was I connected via a different wireless yesterday for a short time and has not worked since. Re-downloaded both Facebook and rope eleven apps, but still the same. Any help to point in the right direction is appreciated.
Hi do your guy have this problem, due to new season start i fail to log in to the game on TopEleven.com and Iphone at 16/11/2014 Sunday from about 10:30am till 2:00pm due to daily maintenance is in progress. when i can log in to the game at 2:00pm and found out that my cup match was start on 11:59am and my team loss the match.
Do noted that from 10:30am till 2:00pm every 15min i log in to the game and was show daily maintenance is in progress.
but my cup match was start 11:59am at that time i was unable to log in to the game and my team was not prepare for the match.
As i buy tokens to play this game and this was happen, is this a bug from nordeus?? can my cup match restart again??
I do have a problem with the connection. Most of the times i cant connect to server, and when i can it pops out a error message saying "a error happens with the connection to server, do you want to try again?" I cant' even connect with the facebook, and android...

Facebook servers can crash and the game wont load if that is your sign on method. It has happened a few times, the longest outage was somthing like a half hour.
i'm trying to start my game but it stops loading at the "gathering the latest news" section and i deletde the app and tried re-installing but it still doesn't work.... someone help me

Hi ..im using mobile samsung s5..the game doesn't work 1in 10 times...and it always stucks at gathering competition standings point!!what should i do?!
I'm having problem playing using my ipad or my android smartphone, both on wifi or 3G. It always say "There was an error connecting to the server. Do you want to retry?"; I click yes, but still the same result.
I often play this game more on mobile than PC. I hope there's a fix on this asap.
PS: I play other online game without having problem, so it"s not connection problem
When I'm connected to the game on ipad/phone, it always disconnected when i'm in the middle of game, or changing tactics.
Just a quick update for Android users who were experiencing crash/can't connect problems when opening Top Eleven app:
We just released an update on Google Play Store which should fix this issue.
Remember to check our official thread for known bugs and issues, which is daily updated.
I have downloaded this update on google store but I still experience crash when i move players on squad tabf
