since the beginning of the season i dont get income money from tickets and merchandise
why is that

Well, if you have tickets sets too high no one will come to matches, this is a possibility? Or maybe you have set the bonus to the players higher than the income?

read about this last weekish, dont remember where. could be a part of that 'no rest' bug

i have something like 3 million fans and 120 each ticket and get 0 income from tickets , it must be a bug. what should i do about it?

Try lowering your ticket price.. a lot. And see if anyone shows up. If still no fans, put in a request for: Nordeus Support

Yes at level 18 the rates are high , you should lower down the rates to get more fans.
