You are playing an illegal formation, so you are penalised with only 20% possession.

The most basic rules are you must have 1 goalkeeper, at least 1 striker, at least 3 defenders, at least 1 player on the left and at least 1 player on the right.

You have no player on the left. You need DL, DML, ML or AML, it's your choice which one you want to use. :) You need at least 1 player and not more than 2 players on each side. :)
