Player auction win but player is nowhere

I have win a player auction but my player is nowhere. Please find him and sends him to me and his new soccer club. Or give me my Token back, please. Attachment 21120

There can sometimes be a delay in receiving a player, if he was scheduled in a match, or if your, or the original owners clock is not in sync.

Also too you may need to scroll down to see him if your Squad is full. (If you have 22 guys, you need to sell or sack before signing new players)
