bug with sign player

this is 2 times i got this bug...
i just bet on the player Goerge Williams, i was the only one who bet on him...at the end, i still was the only one who bet on him...and a notice appeared "be patient" and after the game asked me to reload the game...after reloading, George Williams disappeared and i lost my token...
please do something
