No they can't because if they will remove bots, they won't be able to form leagues for all players.

I doubt that's currently an option, but if you can explain what exactly bothers you about the bots (aside from them not being real players), please feel free to let us know. It might be something we can address without removing bots.

I was about to say the same as MDKII, why do the bots bother you?
