Bug with hight level player

Hi dudes i`m 3 lvl player liverpool4life.In my league is also 8 lvl player ISTANBUL
pls do something no chance to beat him.thanks

He could have failed to promote several times so his Manager level would be higher, but his team would not be that many levels different.

He changed club from lv 8 down to lower lv

yeah 20 star vs 31 it`s not big different.Are u mad do something or i`ll leave this game
