Have you consider Individual training (click on the graduated bars next to players), so that they don't get too low condition? I never train below 70, and I avoid the stretching except for to even out condition across the team, just a couple players get that training.
yes i do individual training mostly but today i have no other match so i thought let all train together.
just a litle stretching wont hurt an now one player has done it 6 days out of the game with broken bones from a simple stretching. :(
thats the highest penalty i ever got from training.
Like I said, I try to *not* use stretch very often, because the injuries from it are just way out of proportion to what you'd think! I had a player get a broken foot from it once!
I tend to get the least injuries out of the Cardio training so that's the one I use most.
longest injury I had was broken leg from a League match 20 days
ok i got it.
then i was lucky til today that i did not get any injurys from stretching.

yes, be cautious when training, and try to leave your guys to be where they will gain back near 100 before the mext match they play in. :)
