I would try updating your Flash and or you Browser. If that doesn't work contact Nordeus Support
By clicking on the Contract the flash player screen darkens and thats it. tried with different browsers. fix it.Quote:

same here since yesterday, by using any browser and flash versions, cache is empty

This is the Forum, we can only offer suggestions here. If you send a detailed reuqest to Nordeus Support they are able to fix and/or tell you how to fix if it is on Nordeus side.
Ok on my side it's fixed
I don't know how but I sign it few minutes ago.
the only what I have done it was updating java.
