Penalty issue

When my games go to pens, this always happens. I can't see who is selected!
I'm using it on the iPhone, and always had the problem.

You have a few seconds to select them, before the start of penaltys.

You can also select the top 10 penalty takers before the match, like you do with corners or free kicks.

Can you not see the picture I attached? I know you can do it before the game, but doesn't help after you've made subs.

But you can choose them after the end of extra time, just select the empty spot and choose the player on your first team, you only have a few moments to do that, otherwise the engine Will choose them randomely.

If you look at the picture, I can't pick who takes which penalty at the end of the game. So would be random, so likely I would lose.

The picture isn't clear as to the problem. Kind of looks like a drawing error. So the "click here" isnt clickable is what you are saying? It should be throughout the match, not just at the end (works on my ancient android, not so sure about iProducts). If it isn't clickable at all, then maybe you should send a request to Nordeus Support Also you could try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

It is best to have them filled out before, then you only have to change the ones you subbed.

That's the whole screen I see, 1-5 I can't see who is selected. I do change, but you don't expect it to go to pens, but I do have it already setup.
