Taking over a club

I started to play Top Eleven from beginning after 1 year. I got a club that is 10th in league. I always look for offers and clubs I can take control over. Today I saw a club that is 1st in league and I took it. When I went to League tab, I saw it's 12th in league, but in top left corner it still says 1st in league. Can someone tell me how and where to write a ticket? I just want to have opportunity to change a club again, since this was bugged.
