Lost stars

Here is my problem, I finished second in the 8th level with most of my players to 6 stars and a player to 7, I just started the 9th level and all my players have lost a star, it is certainly of a bug.
How can I do to recover the stars.

It's not a bug - this happens when you get promoted to the next level. Each star has in effect moved 5 quality up from where it was. I'm surprised you haven't noticed this before.
