how to top up via mobile

hi all... please help why i cannot top up via my mobile... always error... need somebody to help... when i click show connection problem but my connection very fast please help

If you are on wifi try restarting your router. Sometimes that fixes connection errors. Also, restart the phone. :) But if that does not fix it you might want to put in a request for assistance at Nordeus Support
