Images saving to photo library

I have recently got a HTC One M8 and i am having issues with images from the game i.e Badges, Surroundings, Stadiums etc saving to my photo library.

I have tried deleting them but they just return once i log in again.

I could live with it if they were just in one folder but they are split over 5 folders with approx 250 photos. its beginning to get on my nerves now and wondered if anyone has experienced this before??

My auto back up of photos is switched off so they are defiantly going back on there from the app
