Can I change phones and still play with the same team?

I play top eleven on my iPhone, just wondered how I can access my team if I change phones? I tried loading the app on my iPad but it just starts a new team.

Is there a way to get my team on both phone and iPad? And not lose my hard work when I change phone?

Yep, If you have wifi, you can "login through Facebook" and it will load the team which is linked into your Facebook account :)
