I bought some tokens, however they haven't arrived. When I go to purchase again it tells me I have already purchased and they need to be downloaded, how do you download them?

I am unfamiliar with this when buying T. If someone else knows please post.

I just had this same problem... I'm not to pleased about it because it shows the purchase was made on my bank statement.
This is the Forum. Tokens issues must be dealt with by Nordeus Support we cannot fix things here.
