Who do I need to speak to about this?

Submit a ticket. On the offers page there should be a support feature. Click on it and try get your tokens by contacting them. You will need evidence to prove that you bought it.

If you used tokenads.... good luck.

You need to play the game and after you playd like 5 minutes of the game you recive the tokens.
