Must be because of new transfermarket. I have free agents daily. In fact, 5 oh my current 22 players were free agents. Even though they're only 3* if you find a young, high valued free agent with only a few SP from 4*. You can easily train them and they usually play very well. Or at least you could make a huge profit by selling high value free agents (because you bought them only for their wage)
