    buy tokens but not received :(

    I buyed tokens this morning (in holland i paid with iDeal it is payed ammediatly).

    But its evening and still no tokens...

    What can i do? Is this familiar?

    Last time i received in 15 mins..

    After 9 days i still didnt get answer from facebook and nordeus!!

    so i can say bye to my 15 euro's ?

    i send complain to facebook and nordeaus from that link

    no one answered me so i send yesterday another message with attachment that my money is taken
