Did you contact Nordeus Support ? Tokens purchase issues can only be resolved by them. How long did you give them to respond? they aren't there 24/7 so sometimes you need to be a little patient.
I send them message, so i wait for their answer. Today i send message on Centili 3 times, but didn't get answer from Centili and i can't get tokens..

Yes, i got the answer, and the problem was in the server i think... So i cancelled purchased 3 times and this is reason because i didn't get tokens... and money didn't transferred from my mobile to them so it's ok now. I check status of this threes payments and i buy normally now tokens... This topic can be locked..
